We absolutely loved this place! The location couldn't be better, right alongside the West Lake. It's just a short walk away from all the attractions and there's a large mall nearby for shopping and dining. The rooms were warm, comfortable, and very clean. The bathroom was beautifully designed with a nice ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were even offered a free upgrade! The hotel also had great facilities, including free Wi-Fi and an excellent air conditioning system. our stay here was fantastic.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was excellent, near Wulin Night Market and walking distance from Xi Hu. Friendly staff who helped with luggage. Modern and clean design. Free mung bean cake and plum juice for the National Holiday. Free water and good air conditioning. Comfortable and well-designed room. Great value for money.
Everything was fantastic.

The hotel had a great location! It was close to a night market and lots of restaurants. it was very easy to walk to the lake.
The cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired. It wasn't as clean as we expected.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions and plenty of dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, even assisting me with my luggage. The room was modern and comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. The hotel offered a well-lit space in the lobby/dining room for me to work, when my room did not have a desk.
Not obvious to find.

Located in a bustling area with several shops and restaurants nearby, the hotel is conveniently situated for sightseeing and exploring the city. the room and bathroom were clean, well-designed, and had modern decor. the toiletries provided were of good quality.
The staff's lack of English proficiency made communication difficult, causing a lot of confusion and discomfort.

The hotel was located in a bustling area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The bathroom had poor drainage and the shower floor was often flooded. The air conditioning was not adequate and the room was too cold.
